Fleet administrators manage sponsorship and account access. They cannot view a driver’s private trips, paychecks, deductions, fuel purchases, or other personal financial records.
Honest product scope
PTPC is a driver-pay calculation, tracking, and sponsorship platform. It is not a load board, dispatch system, payroll processor, ELD, or transportation management system.

What happens when a fleet grows into another pricing tier?
The rate for the fleet’s total sponsored-driver count is used. For example, all 50 sponsored drivers receive the 50–100 rate.
Can a fleet sponsor fewer than five drivers?
Yes. Fleets may sponsor 1–4 drivers at the standard rate of $100 per sponsored driver per year.
Can fleet administrators see driver pay records?

Can a driver keep an account after leaving a sponsoring fleet?
Ending sponsorship does not delete the driver’s PTPC account or personal records. Continued access depends on the driver’s personal subscription, trial, or other eligible entitlement.
